I have returned a coat, I have bought 2 different coats to compare quality etc as at this time we cannot go into the store and I have previouslybought a fully waterproof coat, from MW only to have it leak badly in the first brief shower I wore it in. I returned the coat nearly 3 weeks ago and have had to chase this to get my money refunded. I have been informed I need to wait 3 weeks before contacting MW again as their refunding is taking longer than usual. The problem is I will now be charged interest on my card. I think this is a very unfair system when other Companies are doing their best to continue with extra customer service MW does not seem to care for their customers at all. I also had to return the original invoice that came with the jacket so have to go on line to get all the information.

Ordered a few bits online and when the parcel arrived one top was missing sadly. Not expensive but still I expect my item . So I contacted customer services a few times now and nothing .Even went to my local store in the end and they would do nothing . Yes it's not a massive amount of money but I am sure if I walked into one of their stores and stole a top , they would be not impressed.

Very helpful will shop will shop with you again

Despite a hiccup with delivery which was not the fault of Mountain Warehouse, a swift and professional response was received from all. A special shout out to Adam who went beyond the call of duty by working at a very ungodly hour to resolve. Thanks Adam!

21 days to process a return! So from the time of the initial order and payment to the time of refund can be 6 weeks.

We bought a kids coat from the MW in Conwy. Unfortunately on the first wearing of the coat the arm split. I’m currently looking into a replacement. The coat is lovely but we did not expect this to happen on the first wearing !!

Very good customer service. The branch in peterborough was awesome service.

I recieved a defected item and emailed my concern to customer service. Their reply was almost immediate and provided clear instructions on what to do next. Adam Redshaw assisted me in obtaining a full refund for the defected item and did not require me to send the defected item back. The prompt customer service that was provided was much appreciated. I feel confident to order again knowing this company will return your money if their is an issue with quality.


Ordered some trousers which arrived and even when measured were inaccurate by 4 inches - customer services sent me a replacement pair - exactly the same issue...... took them to the shop who measured and agreed - they’ve now ordered another pair but who knows what sizes they will be...... the shop didn’t stock any of them....... someone needs to get their QA/QC in order......

The shop was clean and well maintained and the staff were very welcoming and lovely. Would highly recommend shopping here.

It was 40% off everything, we asked the girl in the store about offer, she said there will be 40% off plus 20% off if you are member. On checkout she said it is only 40% off, there is no 20% off. Misleading service by store.

Ice cleats purchased for elderly person rusted, and woudn't remain strapped on boots post first wear. Picture, replaced Mountain Warehouse ice cleats with Ice Trax with night reflective heel, pictured* These have been worn on snow/ice covered trails, plus no rust. Gave a pair for the same elderly person to keep them safe. Mountain Warehouse Customer service blamed me for misusing their failed safety item intended for snow, and ice. Avoid this place. I will stick with trusted brands like: Salomon, TNF, Norrona, Columbia, Uggs(pictured).

I purchased two spring jackets at the Saint John, NB store. Being Easter weekend, it was very hard to locate lightweight/water resistant jackets for my children.I called the store, before they were even open, hoping someone may answer. April did and was a total gem! She located the two jackets in store, in the requested colours and sizes, that I saw on the website and kept them up at the cash for me.Her answering and being this helpful was so appreciated, as I have a bum knee right now, and the idea of driving across town and walking all around the mall, for potentially nothing, was a real life saver today.Sarah was working the cash and was also very helpful. She and April worked together to ensure I was getting the website price, as well as the store promo of a discount.With wonderful customer service like this, I will be sure to return and also promote it to family and friends.Yours truly,Jen Crilley
